Thankfully, it seems he has outgrown it, he hasn't had an attack in 5 years. We're prepared with Claritin for the trip just in case, but usually if I catch it soon enough we can avoid a full blown attack with breathing machine etc.

I hope this all passes for you quickly.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13219366045767828564noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5573354614671542627.post-48685369884709591012009-05-13T16:56:00.000-04:002009-05-13T16:56:00.000-04:00Whatever you do, just be careful and listen to you...Whatever you do, just be careful and listen to your body. And, don't hesitate for a minute to go to the doctor or hospital. My son and ex-husband have asthma and you do not want to mess around with it. That said, I don't think trying a natural cure hurts, just be careful. BTW, beautiful capture of the bleeding hearts.Tonihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06275978836008458920noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5573354614671542627.post-86209767689982898262009-05-13T01:05:00.000-04:002009-05-13T01:05:00.000-04:00This photo is gorgeous. She felt that a chiropractor was the person that helped her the most. Then, when she was about 19 she moved from NY to GA and never suffered from it again. I don't know why. Some things that might help are

A spoonful of honey mixed in a glass of water taken each morning.
Also at the beginnig of an attack you can open a jar and breathe in
the fumes.

Licorice root tea ( i think this is for prevention, not dissapation of
an attack)

fennel. I think you are supposed to chew on it to aid in prevention.

I'm not sure how effective any of these things might be, but I thought
it might give you some avenues to explore.

Hope you find something that helps.SE'LAH...https://www.blogger.com/profile/16108031333928082540noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5573354614671542627.post-72336081612652229752009-05-12T08:16:00.000-04:002009-05-12T08:16:00.000-04:00Se'Lah, you know I love natural care as oppose to ...Se'Lah, you know I love natural care as oppose to care from chemical labratory pharmaceutical companies. You already know about Apple Cider Vinegar. I've taken that for one day and my sinus symptims cleared up. Take it twice a day. Also, you need to build up your immune system, so I recommend going to a health food store and purchasing some, Sovereign Silver which is a immumne support. It helps build up your immune system over time. You will see moderate improvement in a few days. Overall, you will need a liver cleanse as this is where we store our toxins (allergies). Of course we can talk more but I know you know where I'm coming from....
