A walk on the beach...

My daughter is undoubtedly an "outdoor" person. Her imagination is at its ripest when she is immersed in nature and I just love it. The weather today was tolerable so we headed out for a walk on the beach. See if you can match up the photos with the following statements:

1. She touched the water.
2. She chased the birds.
3. We searched for the horizon.
4. She ran on the burms.
5. We made a gift for a lucky person taking a walk on the beach.

My daughter and I looked at these photos together and we played the game. I think we did pretty good. "Mommy, when are we going to the beach?" "Soon, honey".. We both wish we were there. Her favorite is the heart shaped out of shells too. "Look mommy, a heart!"

These are lovely. This is the place I could walk and think for days. And with the ones I love, the water seems to stretch on forever, when I am with them.

Such glorious photos. Photo #2 steal my heart though, the depth of it, is inviting.

Oh, how wonderful! I would love to find a shell heart like that while walking on the beach. How special :)
We don't get to the beach much because I don't drive but I'm going to start thinking about places me and sunnyboy could leave hearts now!
