Inspirational Monday: Another blooming game...

About a month ago, we played a game here in my Necessary Room called "What's it like in your neck of the woods?".

Since then, Spring has definitely sprung in these parts.

The Boston Celtics are back in the Playoffs!!!

The Boston Red Sox vs. Yankee rivalry is reborn. Red Sox Nation here!!!

People are starting to visit the seashore again.

Oh yeah...lest I forget, Pollen has made a grand entrance and is mischievously tickling my nose as leaves push forth to display their beauty.

Are you familiar with the old proverb, "the early bird catches the worm?" Well, it's true. How do I know? I hear them very, very early every morning. All I can do is lay there in bed and enjoy their sweet symphony. Aaaaahhhhh... Notice the empty nest in this tree? That's tangible evidence that they are out catching worms...believe me now?

The bees are quite busy now...there's even a bumble bee who just keeps buzzing around outside my daughter's bedroom window. They say spirits come in all forms. Not sure what this one is looking for but my daughter is off limits! Say it with me, buzz off!

Even at the beach, Mother Nature is pushing up daisies through the arid, rocky sand.

And, flowers are starting to bloom all around. Here's a sample:

To participate, please leave a comment/link of what it is like in your neck of the woods now that Spring has sprung.

Oh fantastic! I really enjoyed playing this game last time :) You took some beautiful blossom and flower pictures. Spring is looking very colourful in your neck of the woods. I don't even know what sport the 2nd and 3rd pictures are about but it's just great seeing people getting outside again after the winter isn't it?! I'll be back to add a link after we've played the game.
Happy Inspirational Monday :)

Great shots of your springtime! I'm glad it finally made its way to you. I've been obsessed with shooting lots of spring flowers here in Nashville.

Hi again Se'Lah and thanks for your explanation of the basketball and baseball pictures :)

It's been raining here today. The rain has stopped now so we're going out in a few minutes but I posted some pictures from the last few days for our Mother Nature in the spring post.

Yeah!!! Spring has finally come to your neck of the woods! I love how you tell your story..It's almost like we are on the journey with you standing near you as you take the photos!

Here in my neck of the woods; it's all about the green baby and of course the thousands of different shades of color! I love Spring!

Thanks for inspiring me to pay even more attention to Mother Spring!

Happy Inspirational Monday my loving and best friend!

beautiful spring there.
it seems spring is already on it's way out here - the azaleas have faded, the dogwoods have dropped their blossoms and the temps are rising to the 80s. But the grass is very green and the trees have all leafed out to provide cooling shade. it's wonderful.

You've got more spring than we do. Based on recent weather, I am afraid we're going to skip straight to summer. Blech!
