she clutches her baby close to her chest
lest tomorrow will bring excruciating pain
but for now she remains completely oblivious
enjoying only this moment, this sun down
run into the night, sweet angel
tomorrow is another day.
*Update: Baby B has made it through the surgery to mend the hole in her heart and is now in the intensive care unit. Thanks for your continued thoughts and prayers.
