off to da beach...

(whispering) pssst...you can't tell anyone this secret. I'm supposed to be walking straight over to Darcel's house, along the Mahogany Way. But first, I'm going to make a little pit stop at the beach. While I'm there, I might as well check out the amazing sand sculptures. I'd be really thrilled if you would join me over here.

~ ~ ~

From the centre of my heart, I wanted to thank you all for joining me in building a bridge of love around the world by doing a random act of kindness on July 6th in honour of the Dalai Lama's 75th birthday. It's gonna be such fun. Remember, no rules! If you haven't already, please feel free to join us...

one love, my dear friends.
wishing you a Conscious Friday and a divine weekend.

Ooo la la! Breathe some of that salt air for me. And get a hug from someone on my behalf--a conscious hug, of course.

What a great statue. What's it made of?

Yes, in honor of the Dalai Lama's b-day, I would be happy to do some small kindnesses. Thanks for the heads up.

That's sand!?!?!???

I was actually just dropping in to wish you and yours the happiest Independence Day. May your day be full! May you enjoy laughter shared with family, great food shared with friends, fireworks to make you gasp, a lump in your throat at the anthem, and a full and grateful heart at all we have been given. Happy Fourth of July, my friend!
