spreading love...

Dearest friends,

What a beautiful day it was, celebrating World Kindness Day with the best group of blog friends anyone could ever ask for.  I always feel so warm inside when I lend a hand to others, and try really hard to make sure that I remain conscious of those less fortunate and those living under less than desirable conditions or circumstances.  (i see you Haiti).

I am really encouraged by all the wonderful random acts of kindness you performed yesterday.  Amazing!  simply Amazing!  Thanks, from the bottom of my heart, for sharing this experience with me.   Hope you are blessed in kind.  one love.

Se'Lah-
such a loving experience. As I was at my retirement party and received so much love and kindness I was overwhelmed in the best of ways. I had shared that there was a co-worker I originally did not want to attend but because f=of your kindness event day I included her. SHe arrived and sat across from me. We spoke gently and then I asked if she would share her "gift" with me and for all and she did. She sang!! Her voice is hypnotic and true and it is her gift. Tears flowed down my face as I absorbed her sound - it was quite a moment thanks to you.
Love Gail
peace......

p.s. if you go to "you tube" and click on Alanis Morisette acapella you will come to the song from the 'jagged edge' album and this person, I must say is even better than Alanis. I swear its true :-)

Thank YOU for helping us unleash our kindnesses on the world. Now all we have to do is to carry on with kindness every single day...

Your idea was so inspiring, Se'Lah. I wasn't able to participate like I'd hope due to out of town guests, but I tried to be kind and considerate as I went about the day and evening. I so agree with ladyfi.

Thank you so much for this - I was in baking mode all weekend (12 loaves of pumpkin bread so far!), so I didn't get a chance to blog about it, but in my trip to the store (for more pumpkin, ya know, heehee), I kept my bloggy vow... it made the whole weekend that much brighter.

(((hugs))),
love,
me
