Breathing in, I calm my body.
Breathing out, I smile.
Dwelling in the present moment,
I know this is a wonderful moment.

Congratulations on the #3!
Thanks for visiting me today. I was just thinking about you today. My computer has been misbehaving and life does get crazy, so I haven't been around much either. Sending hugs.
