oh dear...you take me back to my happy childhood in the south of France... at the bottom, we usually wrote "Terre" (earth) and "ciel" or "paradis" (sky or heaven) at the top. i loved pushing my little stone up to the paradis ! :-)
We moved a couple of months back and one of the first things I bought was sidewalk chalk! The kids and I love to go out and draw each other on the sidewalk.
oh we do this all the time. yesterday when i returned home from work, there were signs on the paved stones out in the yard, for me to do a treasure hunt of sorts, and find little notes and pictures hung for me from trees. its so much fun :)
The new banner is lovely!!! I don't know if you know this, but I adore sidewalk chalk and art. I will have send you a few of my fave pictures from last summer.

sidewalk chalk is so fun! We're loving the nice weather here, too.
it's 80 degrees here! loving it. wish i had some sidewalk chalk of my own...though i would then need to find an actual sidewalk, hmmmmmm....

Summer is hear for me, baby. I can hardly believe it, but last Thursday was our final day. YES!!!!!!!!
