*Give thanks, oh JAH, for health, strength, family, friends (new and old), a job, life...and lucky number 7: all of you for the positive vibes ionizing the air in my necessary room. I appreciate all your kind thoughts, comments, and words of encouragement.
*What are you thankful for today?
Wishing you a Conscious Friday and a divine long weekend...

I am thankful that I slept well and I feel rested this morning. Rest brings a peace and comfort to me. It is a simple thing that makes being thankful for all the other good things come easier.
Good morning Se'Lah!
I'm just thankful! Although I'm having major computer issues, I'm thankful it's happening while I'm on vacation! I smell another virus. Anyway, can't wait to listen to the music...
Love you!
I'm having major computer issues too (I think it's old age!) but I'm thankful that although it's not letting me connect to lots of websites, it did let me visit here :) I'm thankful too for sunnyboy, friends and 'living the life' (in the words of Cam at Journey Wildly!).
My Conscious Friday post is Play Nice.
Happy Conscious Friday and I hope your long weekend is divine too :)
I am thankful for a four day weekend with my kids!

Not to sound ignorant but Se'Lah are you Rastafarian?
Is that even how you spell it?
The reason I ask is, I was at the Smithsonian last year and got totally immersed in an exhibit about it. I was completely in awe of the history of it and all the symbolism and meanings and beliefs...it was very neat.
Have a super great weekend.
xoxo
