guess what?
at this very moment, my "gift of jewels" is on its way to my randomly selected intended recipient. and i'm imagining the adventurous journey...
is it tucked in a bin in a town post office, or in the back of a big truck on the highway?
did the truck driver pull over to sleep, or is he or she going to drive straight through?
is it on a plane amongst the clouds and stars, or is it going through customs?
Oh, i imagine and imagine...

mine was posted on sunday. i was told that it should reach its destination in 7 days. i havent received mine yet.
Oh, imagine if several gift of jewels cards are on the same truck or airplane together! Magic!
LOVE that photo, Se'Lah! Here just today I did a post at my place on taking part in the Gift of Jewels... :o) I was so happy to receive my card from Anali the end of last week. I sent mine out on Saturday. I haven't received mine yet. I'm looking forward to it.
I got mine shipped off on Tuesday. Included a little note w/it. Hope my 'pal' is excited as I am! Yay! :-)
My plan B for my gift of jewels is activiated.. Sending mine out tomrrow! yippe!!
Mine was in the mailbox this morning and it got picked up and replaced by the lovely card from Tracey!!! So sweet! And how exciting to receive a card from a new friend!

well I sent mine halfway across the world yesterday ...good thing i make bird cards right?! They said it would take a week...i love snail mail!
Mine is done and going in the mail first thing tomorrow morning! I've also done the "special" gift for two little girls ...
