breathe with me...

*the sneezing began today. (exhale). my journey through spring begins. won't you take in some deep breaths with me? (inhale). and though i suffer so badly during these seasonal asthma attacks, i can't help but think of those who survived the earthquake in haiti but now has no medication to survive an asthma attack. i pray for them. (exhale).

*after making her long journey back to the land of her birth, grandma was finally laid to rest on the tropical island of Barbados, West Indies. her spirit, however, lives on.

*Have a Conscious Friday and a divine weekend.

one love.

Sending calm thoughts of easy breathing. The meditation video is wonderful. I love the sky and cloud hearts in it. So glad that grandma has made her way back home.

Ah choo ... I also suffer some side effects of springtime ... bring on the allergy pills! But I agree, such a small complaint compared to our brothers and sisters in Haiti who have gone without so much.

I hope you have many sweet memories of your grandma to warm your heart and comfort you when you miss her. My grandma passed 18 years ago and I still miss her guidance and wise ways. Take care and enjoy the Springtime.

Take care dear friend. I hope your asthma is better quickly. So sorry that this beautiful spring time does this to you. It just doesn't seem right.

I'm so sorry it is beginning. I'm still taking Clean Air (Plum Flower Remedy) for my cough (not asthma). Wish you could find something like that that would assist your breathing. Rest in Peace, Grandma. Thank you for the love you brought here and left with us.

Thanks for showing so much concern friends. I am doing well...this is just the early phases of spring time. I am hoping that this year will be better than the last with regards to my breathing capacity. But, all is well, so far.

enjoying the moment.

You poor thing. :( I have fall allergies, I know how miserable they can be, but I do not have asthma, thankfully. :( My son used to, but hasn't had an attack in ages. :)

The one downside of spring. I hope your breathing capacity improves.

may Jah bless grandma along the journey home, as though He did at her birth. the arms of the w.i. open wide, in memory of a mother.
