oh happy day...

where I grew up, roses are sold on street corners.
so as I was driving by, I thought I'd grab some for you.
hope you are having a happy day. thinking of you.

today, my free enjoyment of fresh air came to an abrupt end.
no longer can i easily partake in the natural beauty of spring.
and yet, i am so thankful to be alive today. give thanks o' Jah!

i am bursting with excitement. wanna know why?
on Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at 8pm,
PBS will feature a 2-hour documentary on The Buddha.

and guess what else? the Dalai Lama. in person.
Radio City Music Hall in NYC from May 20-23, 2010.

one love.
