oh yes that is one of the main reasons we have just sold our beautiful house and moved into the country. For the peace and the silence. Just hearing the wind moving the leaves that is music to my ears.

Awesome photo; I absolutely love it. But I don't hear silence. If you need it, then I wish it for you; not one whisper above the sound of snowflakes hitting the ground.
I look at this picture and hear tiny muffled windchimes on a breeze, or a little flute being piped by a wee being. When you come back from the peace of silent music, I hope these are the first things you hear.

Se'lah, you are my kind of a girl! People look at me like I'm crazy when I suggest to listen to the silence ... I think it's because people are afraid of getting in touch with themselves ... enjoy your moments of silence for in silence we restore ourselves and we get in touch with our true Self :-) one love

Hi silence seekers. ;)

For all those wondering, the image is not black and white. It was taken on a dreary, grey rainy day. I looked up and the lights reminded me of musical notes dancing across the sky and brought a smile to my face. I whipped out Nikki and she did her thing. I did tinker with the fill-flash/lighting however.

one love.

This is beautiful. Those lights could be birds on a wire. They seem alive.

Lovely, lovely. I will find it shortly when I am up to my neck in a bubble bath flexing my toes and maybe emiting one little sigh of contmentment.

Yes, silence is golden. I sat in the car today in the market parking lot and enjoyed the silence. I wrote in my journal for awhile and reflected. It was a good thing.

Wow, I'm loving that silent music Se'Lah but more than that I am hearting your photo. Gorgeous, so gorgeous and i am loving the fact it isn't black and white but taken on a dreary day. See, there is beauty even in the most miserable grey days... :)
