Breathing in, I calm my body
Breathing out, I smile.
Dwelling in the present moment,
I know this is a wonderful moment!
(Thich Nhat Hanh)
Here I go again. I have gotten lost on my walking meditation. Today, you can find me over at An Inch of Time. It would mean the world to me if you'd stop by and say hi. one love.

I left you a note over there. My goodness, you are one busy lady! Keep those peaceful moments handy (right next to the deep breaths)
:)

Thich Nhat Hanh is my favorite budhist teacher. He is living example of peace love and compassion. I had to smile to read that as I every day practice this meditation - washing the dishes breathing in I calm my body, breathing out I smile :-) one love dear Se'lah!
Love the quote and your photo! Thanks so much for your wonderful guest post.
Love the quote and photo, and now going to check you out over at an Inch of Time. one love to you, hugs.
I'm going to stop right on over. : )
Oh, this post was perfect for today... I really needed a calm moment to walk with you, my friend.. Off to see your post! :o) ((HUGS))
Nice. I love the meditation in a moment.
Thank you for that quote. I breathed deep reading it.
I read the post before this one and commend you for taking action and voicing your concern instead of just steaming and being angry. I also love that you really turned over the subject in your heart and mind, and contemplated what exactly was rubbing you the wrong way and what you wanted changed.
Sending love to you, Se'Lah!
Such perfect white petals!
I need to focus on dwelling in the present moment- this is the one thing I can't seem to master- I like to worry :)
love the thoughts and the daisy! I guess I'll pop over to the other blog now :)
Thanks for sharing a very special story. Loved the quote too.
this photo blows me away. the missing petal in the background just brings it together for my eyes.
one love~
such common blooms shown to be most uncommon here ..sigh of happiness
This meditation has saved me from many a dicey moment and always seems to return exactly when I need it. Thank you for posting it here. I did stop by An Inch of Time. Good lesson for me in your post there, and I thank you for that as well.
What a wonderful guest post. As always, you never disappoint.
I am absolutely positively enjoying the energy, calm and serenity in your posts.
