on a walking meditation...

Breathing in, I calm my body
Breathing out, I smile.
Dwelling in the present moment,
I know this is a wonderful moment!
(Thich Nhat Hanh)

Here I go again. I have gotten lost on my walking meditation. Today, you can find me over at An Inch of Time. It would mean the world to me if you'd stop by and say hi. one love.

Thich Nhat Hanh is my favorite budhist teacher. He is living example of peace love and compassion. I had to smile to read that as I every day practice this meditation - washing the dishes breathing in I calm my body, breathing out I smile :-) one love dear Se'lah!

Thank you for that quote. I breathed deep reading it.

I read the post before this one and commend you for taking action and voicing your concern instead of just steaming and being angry. I also love that you really turned over the subject in your heart and mind, and contemplated what exactly was rubbing you the wrong way and what you wanted changed.

Sending love to you, Se'Lah!

I need to focus on dwelling in the present moment- this is the one thing I can't seem to master- I like to worry :)
