in the midst of a storm...

no sight of sun in the sky
but i know she's still up there
shining down upon me.

so if you see someone
in the midst of a storm
shine a little light their way.

*haiti, i still see you (one year later).  please take a moment to pray for our Haitian brothers and sisters today.

*p.s.  it's not too late to join in on our random act of kindness, forget.me.not

Even if not visible the sun is still here deep inside our hearts ;-)

The storm was majestic - a white and blue crystal array of light against a darkened sky - the promise ever told in each soft snow flake.
Love to you

This is what you do, oh shiner of light. And it makes us all want to do the same.

And so you did with this lovely poem. And so I will.

There's such soft beauty in the photo partnered with generosity and hope in your words.

Stay cozy warm, Se'lah!

Such a lovely photo, Se'Lah... it has the "hush" of winter, if it could speak. :o) Haiti was on my mind yesterday extra much...*prayers*... LOVE YOU ((BIG HUGS))

On a recent PBS NewsHour a segment was shown on Haiti and where they are a year later. It is a sin, a heinous sin, as to what is NOT happening there a year later. I feel for those people and they are in my thoughts and prayers.

Oh!, the snow scene is magical. Even I can say that w/all my 'snow issues." :-) Prayers for Haiti. My heart still weeps.

This photo is so, so, um, antiqueish..(if that's a word). I just want to stare at it...I can almost feel the wind, the cold and the snow on my eyelashes! Absolutely beautiful!!

Haiti, we see you and we continue to support you and hold you in our hearts and in our consciousness!
